Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South-Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United States.
We also ship to the United Kingdom but due to the customs regulations in the UK, the order must exceed 175 €.

How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Finland. The postage and handling will be added to all orders. The processing time to prepare each product for shipping is different, and it is included in the product information. If you have any special requests concerning the shipping, please email us at hello@chaoeero.com.
We will choose the best service provider to deliver to you. Currently, we use Matkahuolto for shipping in Finland, GLS for European countries, and FedEx for other international deliveries.
Finland: 7€ / order
EU countries: 15€ / order
Other international deliveries: 25€ / order
Estimated shipping times:
Finland: 2 – 4 days
EU countries: 4 – 10 days
Other international deliveries: 7 – 14 days
We offer free shipping for orders over 250€. All prices are in euro. Chao & Eero reserves the right to change the prices.
Are there any extra costs (taxes, duties, customs, etc.) that I have to pay in addition to the prices shown on your webshop?
International customers are responsible for their country’s customs, taxes, duties, and/or VAT fees. If you have any questions related to customs charges, you are encouraged to contact your local customs office.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with the order or if you want to change to another size, you may return the purchased product within 14 days after receiving it.
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, and unused in the original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. After we have received the returned product and checked that it meets all requirements, we will refund the sum of the order. Unfortunately, the cost of delivery cannot be refunded. We will refund delivery costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty. Please also note that customers are solely responsible for import tax and customs duties when required, and these are not refundable.
Custom-made or modified products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products that are marked as “made by order” cannot be refunded but can be exchanged. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before placing the order.
